Day 15 - One Sixth of the Way Through

hello lovelies,

well i am still at it!  i am managing to put away 4+ quarts of juice a day, 1-2 tablespoons of bee pollen, one tablespoon of hemp oil and one tablespoon of coconut oil.  i have lost 5 pounds of weight so far and my stomach is almost flat......not bad for being 58! (i can't believe that number.....how did i come this far?)  food is still very interesting to me i must admit (with the exception of any kind of junk food, candy, etc., that will never be interesting to me).   the other night i was thinking about my mother's fried chicken that she used to make.  just about any food item is interesting to me.  unlike angela stokes-monarch.....who claimed to be perfectly happy with her drinks and wasn't interested in food at all!!!

the smells of todd's cooking really get to me.....he's been eating quinoia  and amaranth lately with onions and squash mixed in and it looks mighty appetizing!  i just notice my cravings and keep drinking my juice. ha!  thank god for the bee pollen.....it helps with my cravings....except then i crave it as well.  i am limiting my intake to the recommended amounts.

these days i make sure i have enough juice with me when i know that i am going to be gone for several hours.  i also am now carrying spirulina powder and bee pollen with me at all times.  that way if for some reason i got stranded without a juice to drink i could add in spirulina to water and get some nutritional goodness there too.  i am going to also start carrying some "Adya Clarity" with me now too as it will purify any water that i happen to find available....even yucky tap water or stream water.

so i am feeling fine and fairly energetic these days.  my sleep is good and i am wanting to "let go" of more of my possessions.  it's all a process in that department as i have way too much stuff and i am not even that much of a consumer.  it's just that people give me stuff and i don't say "no"!  until next time....i remain,   juicy fruit aka pamela
